Brand Planning for UNDESA

We worked with UNDESA understand the next steps for the Harmonization of Business Practices project, identifying opportunities, bottlenecks and areas on which to focus resources most effectively.  The study served as an important input to the report of the 2011 Secretary-General on simplification and harmonization in the UN system.

As part of our intervention we performed projects status report, projects impact evaluations, budget evaluation, interviews and assessment of performance indicators in field duty stations.
